Rain in Paradise?
March 14th, 2006 by MikeI admit we have only been posting sunny, fun pictures so I guess that’s why God sent us some rain. Fortunately, we heard it was going to rain so we didn’t book anything for yesterday. We woke to a downpour! It reminded us of Seattle but we realized it was a good excuse to relax and stay inside.
Today however, the sun was back out when we woke so we rented bikes and rode to the nearby Falls.
The falls were beautiful indeed. There were four waterfalls entering a single pool but of course the camera couldn’t catch them all in one shot.
Just above one of the falls the river was placid.
The ride was nice but unfortunately we are both out of biking shape. Fortunately, I found this toy van in
town to play with and keep my mind off my aching backside.
