Jankers

As many of you know, diapers can tell a lot about how your baby is doing. I never thought I would say it, but I’m happy to report we had 3 poo and 3 pee last night alone! And they are now green, which I understand is also a good thing. If you’ve never seen them before, just think of pesto! AND so far they don’t smell – of course maybe that’s cause I’m her daddy.

There was a request for more pictures with dad so here you go. I got the honor of the first diaper change in the Birth Center

Am I allowed to be tired after the birthing experience?

Ah, it feels good to be recognized!

Week one was going rather well until we realized we were nearly out of cloth diapers. Oh yeah, we forgot I was remodeling the laundry room so that it would be done before the baby arrived, ha! (Which is why Alicia was at the laundromat on the same day Nora was born.) So yesterday I was able to sneak away and work on the first coat of mud/tape for the room. Not bad for my first time, but the finished product is what really counts.
