Did you have big plans for the three day weekend? We had one of those busy weekends where it’s actually restful to go back to work!

Saturday I had another bike race. It was in Delaware on the Dupont Estate. Wow, can you imagine having enough land to put on a mountain bike race with over 500 riders? It was a tough course but I managed to place 5th in my category.

Alicia and Nora met some friends and went to the Philadelphia zoo.

Not long ago, Alicia picked up a bike seat for Nora. When they got home from the zoo I took Nora for a quick spin. Nora really loved this seat but we’ll have to return it. It can’t go forward far enough for me to have room to pedal.

Sunday we spent the afternoon at our friends’ for Koby’s 1st birthday party. Then we went to Gram and Grandpops for dinner and Pinochle. Nora got to try out their new swing set and slide, and she just loved it!

Monday I spent the morning doing the brakes on the Explorer. Nora came out dressed to help!

Later the neighbors started up a sprinkler. Nora always enjoys playing with all the other kids.
