We’ve had a busy month. We just got back from a week at the Grand Canyon. Before I post about that, here’s a short bit about June.

We babysat my niece Olivia for a day last month. She was so good and really fun to watch. We spent the afternoon at the Elmwood Park Zoo in Norristown, PA. Aunt Kelly came with us. The best part of the day was the playground at the zoo.

Our friends Carrie and Chuck came to visit with their family for a weekend in June. There was almost unbearable heat that weekend, so we didn’t do too much. We spent a day in Wenonah, NJ visiting Chuck’s aunt. She’s an EMT, so we got a personal tour of the fire station. The rest of the time was spent hanging around our house trying to stay cool.

And lastly, here’s some pics from our trial hike with the backpack carrier. We went to Wissahickon Park in search of the Indian. We found it!
