Many Updates
November 18th, 2009 by MikeIt’s been such a busy fall that we forgot to show off our new tile floor in the kitchen and entryway. Ok, so maybe the real reason was we were hoping to get the Wainscoting done before taking pics. Well, we probably won’t get to the walls for a while so here are the floors. So far we have only had one casualty on the hard tiles – the top to our butter dish crashed to it’s demise.
Floors are even good for dancing ballerinas!
Levi is still challenging us with his lack of sleeping. One of the reasons definitely seems to be his inability to suck his thumb. He’s close, and sometimes he sucks his fingers, but it’s not habit enough to sooth him.
Even Nora is trying to help him.
On the other hand, he is doing a great job of reaching and holding on to things.
And he’s now rolling over! He doesn’t like being left alone on the activity mat, but we do force him to practice his tummy time.
But Levi’s outstanding trait is his smile. Look at this happy guy!
Nora LOVES him and Levi loves watching her!
For Halloween this year we stopped by a local nursery to pick up a few pumpkins. Nora did a wonderful job of helping out!
Alicia did a great job of making our costumes this year but unfortunately I think she ran out of time on mine. Levi was a bean pod, Nora was the Sun, Alicia was rain and I got to be the fertilizer!
But I think this is what Nora really wanted to be…a bag lady?
We don’t get to many pictures with Alicia, so I’ll add this one.
